Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains how DJ Technologies ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit www.djtechnologies.in, contact us, purchase services, or work with us. It covers our website, design and development, automation, advertising, hosting, software and related business services. A service-specific privacy notice or data-processing agreement may provide additional terms for a particular platform.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and business details: your name, email address, phone number, business name, billing address and information you submit through enquiries, lead forms or account registration.

  • Project and support information: requirements, content, files, approvals, support conversations and account permissions you provide for delivery, setup or maintenance.

  • Billing records: invoices, order details, payment status, transaction references and information needed for tax, accounting, refunds or payment disputes.

  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, logs, referral sources and usage information generated by our website or services. Analytics and advertising data depend on the tools enabled and your choices.

We request only information relevant to the service or a legal requirement. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, card security codes or unnecessary sensitive documents through enquiry forms or ordinary messages.

2. How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, provision and deliver services, manage accounts and renewals, process payments, provide support, troubleshoot issues, protect systems against fraud or abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We may use appropriate analytics to improve services and measure advertising. Promotional communications and optional tracking are subject to consent or other permissions required by applicable law. You can ask to stop promotional communications without losing essential service notices.

3. Razorpay and payment processing

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and its banking or payment partners. Payment credentials entered at checkout are handled under their terms and privacy practices. We use billing details, transaction references and payment confirmations to reconcile orders and address payment issues. Enter payment credentials only in the authorised payment checkout; we will not ask you to share your PIN, OTP or CVV by email or support message. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

4. Meta, Google and Google Workspace

We use or may configure Meta and Google products for advertising, lead collection, campaign management, analytics and conversion measurement, depending on the service ordered and the tools enabled. These tools may receive device or browser identifiers, campaign interactions and relevant event information. Customer lists or lead information should be used for advertising only with an appropriate lawful basis and any required permissions. Mentioning these providers does not mean every tool is enabled on every page.

Google Workspace may be used for business email, documents, collaboration and service delivery. Information shared through those tools is processed according to the applicable product terms. Meta, Google and Razorpay may also process information independently for their own purposes; their notices explain those activities. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. These references do not imply a certification or endorsement.

5. Other sharing and customer-controlled data

We do not sell personal customer information to third-party advertisers. Relevant information may be shared with website and hosting providers, domain registrars, infrastructure vendors, software providers and authorised contractors where needed for delivery, support, security or administration. Our website is built using LentloSites. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or legal claims.

When a business customer supplies information about its employees, clients or leads for a project or managed service, that customer is responsible for the necessary notices and permissions. We handle that information for the agreed service and instructions, subject to applicable law. Separate provider or platform notices may also apply.

6. Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies or similar technologies may support sessions, preferences and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may measure visits and campaign results where enabled. Use any available cookie preferences, browser controls and Google or Meta advertising controls to manage these technologies. Blocking essential cookies may affect functionality. Where consent is legally required for optional tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking is used; merely browsing this site is not a substitute for that consent.

7. Retention, security and international processing

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, our service relationship, dispute resolution, security or applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention varies by record type. Deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention requirements and normal backup cycles.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet system is completely secure. Protect your credentials, use appropriate account permissions and maintain backups according to your service agreement. Service providers may process information in India or other countries; applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be observed.

8. Requests, complaints and children

You may contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful limits on the request. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect a service that needs the information. We respond within applicable legal timelines. These requests do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Our business services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. External links and updates

External websites and services have their own policies. We may update this notice as services or legal requirements change, show the updated date here, and provide additional notice or seek consent when required. Changes do not retrospectively authorise incompatible use of information.
