Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to services supplied by DJ Technologies through www.djtechnologies.in and our agreed proposals, orders and service engagements. We are a software and web hosting company: our offerings are digital and professional services, not physical goods. Please read the scope, pricing, renewal conditions and cancellation policy before placing an order.

1. Services and your agreement

Our services may include website and application development, SaaS access and implementation, automation and API integrations, web hosting, VPS and dedicated-server services, cloud infrastructure, domain registration, managed IT, business email and Google Workspace setup, maintenance, SEO and advertising management. Only services expressly included in your accepted quotation, plan or order are included in the price.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business placing an order. The accepted proposal or service agreement sets the deliverables, specifications, payment stages, support, licence rights and any service-level commitments. Specific agreed terms take precedence over these general terms for that engagement, except where mandatory law applies. Browsing alone does not authorise paid work.

2. Fees, billing and activation

Fees, taxes, billing currency, recurring charges and third-party costs are those disclosed in the quotation, checkout or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required before activation or work begins. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another expressly offered payment method, subject to the gateway's terms and verification requirements.

Once an order is accepted and the required payment or instruction is received, automated provisioning, licence activation, configuration, resource allocation or manual work may begin promptly. Check requirements before ordering. Optional additions and expanded work require an agreed scope and price. Recurring services renew only on the billing arrangements disclosed and accepted for the order.

3. Development, implementation and approvals

Delivery estimates depend on technical feasibility, third-party availability and timely access, content, feedback and approvals. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope; new features or substantial changes may require a revised quotation and timeline. We will communicate material delivery issues. A website launch does not include perpetual content changes, maintenance, marketing or software upgrades unless specifically agreed.

You are responsible for accurate requirements and for having the rights to supplied text, images, logos, software and data. Review deliverables and report material issues promptly. Any acceptance procedure or correction period will follow the project agreement; these terms do not remove remedies for deficient or non-conforming services.

4. Hosting, domains and managed infrastructure

Hosting plans have the storage, compute, bandwidth, email and other limits stated in the selected plan. Domain availability is subject to the registrar and registry; a domain is secured only after successful registration. Domain expiry, redemption, transfer and renewal rules are governed by the relevant registry or registrar as well as the agreed service terms.

Keep contact details current and renew time-sensitive services before expiry. Unpaid or expired services may be suspended or terminated according to the applicable plan and notices. Data may become unavailable or be removed after the applicable retention period; do not rely on expired hosting as storage. We will provide notice where practicable and required by law. Backup frequency, retention, restoration and migration support are included only as agreed. Maintain independent copies of critical data even when a backup service is purchased.

5. Account security and acceptable use

Use secure credentials and appropriate delegated access. Do not share OTPs, payment PINs or unnecessary administrator credentials. Customer-managed applications, content and permissions must be maintained by you unless management is expressly included.

Services must not be used for fraud, phishing, malware, spam, unlawful content, infringement, unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks or resource abuse that harms others. Testing or activities that create unusual infrastructure risk require prior agreement. We may restrict the affected service where reasonably necessary to address an actual security threat, unlawful activity or material breach, and explain the action where lawful and practicable.

6. Razorpay, Meta, Google and other providers

Payment processing, advertising platforms, Google Workspace, registrars, hosting infrastructure and licensed software may depend on independent providers. Their applicable terms, technical limits, verification checks, policies and fees also apply. Use of a provider does not imply that DJ Technologies is an official partner or that the provider endorses us.

Advertising budgets and third-party charges are separate from our management fees unless the quote expressly combines them. You must approve campaign budgets and supply lawful advertising material and permissions. We cannot guarantee ad approval, account approval, search rankings, a particular number of leads, revenue or return on advertising spend. We remain responsible for delivering the work we agree to perform with reasonable care.

7. Software, intellectual property and licences

You retain ownership of your pre-existing content and assets. Ownership or licence rights in custom deliverables follow the written project agreement and payment terms. Our pre-existing frameworks, reusable code, methods and tools remain ours; third-party components remain subject to their licences. SaaS access is a right to use the service under the chosen plan, not a sale of the platform or an automatic entitlement to its source code. Transfers, exports and handover arrangements should be agreed in the scope.

8. Privacy and customer data

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. You must have the necessary rights, notices and permissions for information submitted or processed through the services, including employee, customer and advertising audience data. Any project-specific data-processing agreement and lawful customer instructions also apply.

9. Cancellations, refunds and payment concerns

Service fees are generally non-refundable once provisioning, activation, configuration, development or other agreed work has begun, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law for duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery, deficient services or other qualifying circumstances. Contact us promptly about a payment issue so it can be investigated. Raising a genuine complaint or lawful payment dispute does not by itself waive your rights.

10. Availability, responsibility and limits

No online system can be guaranteed free of interruptions or security incidents. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. Any uptime commitment or service credit must be stated in the applicable service agreement. We will take reasonable steps within our responsibility to address issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from circumstances outside its agreed responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, warranty or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. General limitations do not excuse failure to perform an agreed service.

11. Ending services and changes

You may request cancellation using the service account where available or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future services or renewal in accordance with the agreed billing schedule; it does not automatically reverse work already performed. Material breaches or non-payment may lead to suspension or termination, with an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonable. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Data export, handover and retention follow the applicable plan and law.

We may update these terms for future orders and provide notice of material changes affecting ongoing services where required. We will not retrospectively rewrite an accepted project scope through a website update.

12. Indian law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory law and the rights of consumers to approach the competent consumer commission or other authority, courts with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will handle contractual disputes. Please first contact us with your invoice or order reference and a description of the issue so we can seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from using lawful complaint or dispute mechanisms.
