Refund & Cancellation Policy

DJ Technologies supplies digital and professional services, including software, SaaS setup, website and application development, automation, web hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, domains, cloud infrastructure, managed IT, email and Workspace setup, and advertising services. We do not sell or ship physical products, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.
1. When work begins
Review the quotation, plan, renewal cycle, third-party charges and project scope before you order. After you accept an order and provide any required payment or instruction, we may promptly begin automated provisioning, reserve infrastructure, activate a licence, configure an account or assign development and support resources. We may also incur non-recoverable charges from registrars, hosting suppliers, software vendors or advertising platforms.
2. General no-refund rule after commencement
Fees for a service are generally non-refundable once the relevant provisioning, activation, configuration, development, consultation or other agreed work has begun or the service has been delivered, to the extent permitted by law. This includes a change of mind, failure to use an enabled service, a delay caused by missing customer material or approval, and a decision not to proceed after work has started. A result not promised in the agreed scope, such as a particular search ranking, number of leads, ad approval or level of sales, is not itself grounds for a refund.
This rule does not remove your rights where a service is not provided, is materially deficient, differs materially from what was agreed, or where an applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. We will assess the facts and the agreed scope fairly. We may correct an issue where appropriate, but will not use a correction offer to deny a legally required refund or remedy.
3. Cancellation before commencement
Ask us to cancel as soon as possible. If no work has started, no service has been provisioned, and no unavoidable third-party charge has been incurred, we will review the order for a refund of the unperformed amount. If part of the service has started or a cost has been committed, the review will distinguish work performed, costs already incurred and the remaining amount, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law. An order is not automatically cancelled merely by stopping communication or disputing an invoice.
4. Hosting, domains, licences and subscriptions
Hosting, VPS, servers, SaaS access and other subscriptions are supplied for the selected billing period. A cancellation request stops future renewal according to the plan's stated billing cut-off, but does not automatically refund the active period after activation. Any refund required by law or expressly promised for a particular plan still applies. Do not allow hosting or a domain to expire before arranging any export or migration you need.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, third-party licences, cloud resources and Workspace subscriptions may be subject to independent provider rules and charges. Amounts already paid to a provider are generally not refundable by us unless the provider reverses the charge or law requires a remedy. We will explain the charges considered in a refund decision. Free trials and promotional plans are governed by the terms displayed when selected.
5. Advertising services and budgets
Our campaign setup or management fees cover the agreed work and follow the commencement rule above. Advertising spend paid to Meta, Google or another platform is separate from our fee unless your quotation expressly says otherwise. Spent budget cannot ordinarily be recovered from us; unspent funds are reconciled according to the ad account ownership, platform rules and applicable law. A lack of a particular number of clicks, leads, rankings or conversions does not create a refund right unless that outcome was expressly guaranteed in writing.
6. Duplicate payments, failed activation and service issues
Contact us if you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, paid but did not receive the agreed service, or received a service that is materially deficient. We will check payment records, service logs and the accepted order. Eligible corrections or refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable law and payment provider process. This policy does not restrict lawful chargeback or consumer complaint rights.
7. How to request review
Email dinesh@djtechnologies.net with the subject "Cancellation or Refund Request". Include your name or business, invoice or order number, payment date and transaction reference, the service concerned, and a short explanation with relevant screenshots if useful. Do not email full card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or OTPs. We may request enough information to verify the order and investigate; we will respond within applicable legal timelines.
If a refund is approved, we will normally return it through the original payment method, including through Razorpay where that was the payment gateway. Actual receipt time depends on the gateway and bank. We will tell you the approved amount and the reason for any deduction. A statutory refund or other remedy is not waived by these terms.
